Physiotherapy that doesn't stop when the pain settles

Everything you need for long term results, all in one place

1. Understand Your Symptoms

Your care begins with a comprehensive one-on-one assessment conducted by one of our experienced physiotherapists. We take a detailed history, evaluate your movement patterns, and identify the underlying factors contributing to your condition.

We also want to know what you're working towards, whether that's getting back to sport, work, or simply moving through your day without pain, so we can build treatment around what matters to you. Together this gives us a clear clinical picture to build your care from.

2. Personalised Treatment Plan

Following your assessment, your physiotherapist will develop an individualised, evidence-based treatment plan specific to your presentation and rehabilitation goals. Each plan is structured to deliver measurable outcomes, with clear milestones to guide your recovery from the outset.

Every recovery journey is different. Your treatment plan is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and condition, ensuring targeted care that delivers the best possible outcomes.

3. Hands-On Treatment

One-on-one physiotherapy sessions utilise a range of clinical techniques including ‘hands on’ joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, postural correction, and targeted therapeutic exercise. Your physiotherapist will continually reassess and adapt your treatment to ensure optimal progress throughout your rehabilitation.

Receive expert manual therapy designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, and restore natural movement, helping you recover faster and feel your best.

4. 1:1 Rehabilitation

Once acute symptoms settle and hands-on treatment is needed less, the focus shifts to structured, progressive exercise, supported by hands-on physiotherapy, to rebuild strength, restore movement and return you to full function. We use the right combination at the right time.

These 1:1 sessions are designed to get you strong and ready to progress into our small group clinical pilates / functional physio classes if and when appropriate. Built for post-surgical recovery, persistent pain, neurological conditions, deconditioning and anyone who needs more than a standard physio appointment.

5. Build Strength with Clinical Pilates / Functional Physio

As your rehabilitation advances, supervised small-group sessions provide a structured environment to build strength, restore function, and reinforce correct movement patterns.

Led by qualified physiotherapists, these sessions are active Physiotherapy sessions which integrate pilates-based exercise using reformers, resistance equipment, and functional movement, all tailored to your individual program.

6. Stay Strong With Us

Ongoing review appointments allow your physiotherapist to monitor your progress, reassess your condition, and adjust your program as your rehabilitation evolves. Our commitment extends beyond initial recovery, supporting you with the tools, education, and long-term strategies needed to maintain function, prevent recurrence, and achieve lasting wellbeing.

For those ready to progress further, we offer Group Physio / Physio:8 classes, all run by our team of physiotherapists, using the reformer and weights to build all-round strength and conditioning. These classes are the next step after clinical pilates or functional physio, keeping you moving well and staying ahead of injury for the long term.
