Class bookings

New clients please call the studio to book in.
Existing clients you may book in via the timetable or our core app

How to book

  1. Select the class you would like to attend + click sign up.
  2. You will be transferred to core’s mindbody online site where you will need to log in.
  3. Purchase your chosen payment option.
  4. Your class is booked + you will receive a confirmation email + receipt.

Core App

Download our core physio + pilates app for iPhone or Android and book your classes anytime, anywhere – it’s easy!

Casual bookings:

You can book into classes up to 2 weeks in advance + as close to 1 hour prior to the class start time.
To book into a 1 on 4 class, you must have completed the required Initial Assessment + one-on-one sessions.
If the class you wish to attend is full, we recommend that you put yourself on the waitlist.

How our waitlists work:

We highly recommend that you put your name on the waitlist, if the class you want to attend is full. 90% of the time a spot will become available and you will be notified via phone, sms or email.
Once you have been offered a waitlist spot, you will need to confirm whether you wish to accept the spot or not, ASAP.
You can casually waitlist up to 2 weeks in advance.


If you have booked in for a class and can no longer make it, please cancel online, via the core app or phone the studio.
If you are absent or cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, you will be charged for the class, as it often means that another client misses out.

We will confirm ALL appointments at core via email + sms – if you would prefer a phone call to confirm, please let reception know.

To cancel, please call or email with 24 hours notice of your appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
