Existing clients you can book classes via our core app or online, or call the studio on 9523 8111.

I am new to Pilates, is that okay?
Absolutely, you don’t need any previous experience to attend our classes. Our instructors provide exercise adaptations to suit all levels. Simply give our studio a call and our lovely front desk staff will talk you through all options.
Do I need to book?
Yes, you do need to book into our classes, to ensure you get a spot. At Core, we pride ourselves on expert and personalised classes; therefore we limit our class numbers to ensure YOU get the best quality session.
What happens if I book a class or appointment and don’t turn up or cancel with late notice?
If you do not turn up or cancel within 8 hours of the class or 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged for the class or appointment as it often means that another client misses out.
What is the difference between Physiotherapy + Myotherapy?
Physiotherapists treat the structure and joint mechanisms of the body.
Myotherapists treat the muscles, soft tissue, ligaments and tendons of the body.
What types of sessions do you offer?
What should I bring?
Classes bring along water + a towel (if required).
Appointments bring along any scan, x-ray or reports you have.
What do I wear?
Classes Any comfortable exercise clothing that allows you to move freely.
Appointments Your normal clothing is generally fine, however if you are wearing restrictive clothing that day, we suggest you bring something a bit looser to change into as it is important for your clinician to be able to access the area needing treatment.
How long are the sessions?
Pilates all classes are 1 hour long
Physiotherapy can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour, which will be discussed when you book your appointment.
Myotherapy 30 minutes or 1 hour appointments available.
How many classes per week should I attend?
This is a personal choice, dependent on your available time and schedule. However, if you are choosing Pilates as a main form of exercise we definitely recommend coming at least twice a week.
Can I use my private health insurance?
Yes, depending on what services you attend at Core, and your level of extras cover and Insurance company. You will need to contact your private health insurer to find out how much coverage you will receive. We have HICAPS facilities available for your convenience. You will also need to ensure that you meet our eligibility criteria to be able to attain a rebate in our sessions.
